On September 17th, 2020, a kick-off meeting was held in the premises of CHC Rijeka as part of the implementation of the EU project “Increasing cybersecurity capacity and NIS Directive compliance in CHC Rijeka” with the aim of getting acquainted with the project activities and project requirements. The meeting was attended by all members of the project team and heads of other internal services of CHC Rijeka related to the implementation of the project. The project manager, doc. Igor Jugo PhD, presented to the participants the details of the project and the activities that will be carried out on the basis of the signed Means Allocation Contract, and in January 2021, the role of project manager was officially taken over by Carola Gasparini, M. Sc. in Computer Sc. The benefits that the CHC Rijeka will have from the project and the obligations that must be fulfilled were presented, i.e. the rules that must be followed when reporting, keeping accounting records and conducting public procurement procedures.
