2nd INTERNAL EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOP HELD 26.05.2021

On May 26th, 2021, the second in a series of educational workshops of internal staff on the topic of cybersecurity was held in the premises of the Informatics Service. Educational workshops are held as part of the activities of the “Development of Internal Cybersecurity Policy and Procedures”, and are intended for employees of all medical and non-medical organizational units.

The topic of the second in a series of educational workshops was “Safe Work from Anywhere”. The primary purpose of the workshop is to anticipate and prioritize work from anywhere outside the office, with an emphasis on identity and data security.

This workshop is intended for professional technical staff and covered topics related to defining goals and priority scenarios to enable secure work from anywhere, developing an implementation plan, including the Microsoft Teams software platform, providing mobile access with Endpoint Manager emphasizing the underlying identity and security and defining an activation plan that includes risks and risk mitigation for the successful implementation and adoption of the plan. The lecturers were the project manager Carola Gasparini, B.Comp.Sci., assistants for expert issues Uroš Šuljić, M.Comp.Sci. and Vedran Jedrejčić, M.Eng.El. and guest lecturers Katarina Zenko and Ana Rutar from Span d.d.
