On March 12th, 2021, an educational training session for the internal staff on the topic of cybersecurity was held in the premises of the Informatics Service. Educational workshops are held as part of the activities on the “Development of Internal Cybersecurity Policy and Procedures”, and are intended for employees of all medical and non-medical organizational units. The topic of the first in a series of educational workshops was “How to Recognize Malicious (phishing) E-mails?”. The primary purpose of the workshop is to raise awareness and educate the staff of CHC Rijeka about the importance of recognizing cyber attacks, i.e. malicious e-mails and timely response when receiving such e-mails. The lecturers were the project manager Carola Gasparini, B.Comp.Sci., and the assistants for expert issues Uroš Šuljić, M.Comp.Sci. and Vedran Jedrejčić, M.Eng.El.
