{"id":222,"date":"2020-12-08T13:08:13","date_gmt":"2020-12-08T13:08:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kbc-rijeka.hr\/kibsig\/objectives-and-purpose\/"},"modified":"2020-12-10T10:56:15","modified_gmt":"2020-12-10T10:56:15","slug":"objectives-and-purpose","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/kbc-rijeka.hr\/kibsig\/objectives-and-purpose\/?lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Objectives and Purpose"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-page\" data-elementor-id=\"222\" class=\"elementor elementor-222 elementor-45\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-d3e628b elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"d3e628b\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-14ceb70\" data-id=\"14ceb70\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2f9cabd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2f9cabd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The general objective of this project is to increase the level of cybersecurity and harmonization with the legislation of the European Union, i.e. harmonization with the National Cyber \u200b\u200bSecurity Strategy of the Republic of Croatia.<br \/>\nOn the\u00a0basis of Article 39 of the Law on the State Administration System (OJ No. 150\/11, 12\/13 &#8211; Decision of the Croatian Constitutional Court, 93\/16 and 104\/16) in connection with Article 6 and 7 of the Law on Cyber Security\u00a0Operators of Essential Services and Digital Service Providers (OJ No. 64\/18), the Minister of Health issued a decision designating the\u00a0Clinical Hospital Center\u00a0Rijeka as the operator of essential services in the health sector for tertiary health care.\u00a0The decision was taken on October 24th 2018 and based on it Clinical Hospital Center\u00a0Rijeka has to establish and document the key systems\u2019 security management policy.<\/p>\n<p>One of the main benefits that the project will bring to the\u00a0Clinical Hospital Center Rijeka\u00a0is the\u00a0increase of technical, professional and organizational competencies.\u00a0The technical improvements relate to increasing the security of server rooms and adjusting to the latest standards during the building reconstruction of server rooms, then to upgrade the network infrastructure and purchase the necessary IT equipment.\u00a0The professional improvements relate to the technical training of IT and other internal staff and the acquisition of certain certificates in the field of cybersecurity.\u00a0Improvements in the organizational capabilities relate to the adoption of new policies and procedures in dealing with various situations related to cybersecurity.<\/p>\n<p>The sustainability of the project is associated with one of main results of\u00a0the project, that is with the\u00a0development of\u00a0training\u00a0and\u00a0counseling processes that\u00a0in the future\u00a0could be used\u00a0to train other\u00a0providers\u00a0of health services in Croatia or in partner countries.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The general objective of this project is to increase the level of cybersecurity and harmonization with the legislation of the European Union, i.e. harmonization with the National Cyber \u200b\u200bSecurity Strategy of the Republic of Croatia.
